At Axiscardz, we are committed to delivering a professional, transparent, and reliable experience for every order. All Pokémon Trading Card Game products sold on our store are 100% authentic, factory sealed, and sourced through trusted distribution channels.

We understand that collectors and players expect their products to arrive in perfect condition, and we take extra care in packaging and handling every shipment.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after Friday evening or during the weekend will begin processing on the next business day

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

  • During high-demand periods (such as new releases, restocks, or promotional events), processing times may be slightly extended

We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Packaging & Product Protection

All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition:

  • Products are shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit

  • Sealed products (such as Elite Trainer Boxes, booster boxes, and collection boxes) are handled with care to preserve condition

  • We do not reseal or tamper with any products — all items are shipped exactly as received from official suppliers

Pre-Order & Pre-Sale Items

Products listed as Pre-Order or Pre-Sale are subject to the following terms:

  • The official release date is clearly stated on the product page

  • By placing a pre-order, you are reserving stock from our allocated inventory

  • A tracking number may be provided within 24 hours of purchase, but will only become active once the item has been dispatched after release

  • Pre-orders are typically shipped on or shortly before the official release date

Important Notes:

  • Release dates are determined by the manufacturer and may change without notice

  • In the event of supplier delays, shipments may be slightly postponed

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will generally be shipped once all items are available

Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch:

  • United States: approximately 7–12 business days

  • Europe: approximately 4–8 business days

  • International destinations: delivery times vary depending on location

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60.

Shipping costs for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • There are no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery

This ensures a smooth and predictable delivery experience for international customers.

Order Tracking

  • In-stock items: Tracking typically becomes active within 24–72 hours after dispatch

  • Pre-orders: Tracking numbers may be issued early but will only update after the item has shipped

If your tracking has not updated within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

The carrier used will depend on your location and logistics availability.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Axiscardz is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

All orders are shipped with shipping insurance to ensure protection during transit.

In the event that your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, we will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a fair outcome.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)

  • The outer packaging

  • The shipping label

This allows us to process your claim quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is confirmed lost, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Once confirmed, we will replace the order or issue a refund.

  • Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe

  • We reserve the right to verify all claims before issuing replacements or refunds

Fair Purchase Policy

To ensure fair access for all collectors and to prevent bulk buying or reselling, certain products may be subject to purchase limits (e.g., 2 per address).

Orders that violate these limits may be adjusted or cancelled.
