Pricing & MSRP
We sell at the official Pokémon MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) — the price Pokémon itself recommends. Many other stores charge reseller markups of 50–100% above this.
We believe every collector deserves to pay a fair price. No hype tax. No scalper pricing. Just the official retail price.
MSRP stands for Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price. It's the price The Pokémon Company recommends products be sold at. For example, an Elite Trainer Box has an MSRP of $49.99. That's exactly what you pay at AxisCardz — nothing more.
Never. Our pricing promise is unconditional. No matter how in-demand a set becomes, we will never charge above MSRP. If a set sells out, we mark it as sold out — we don't inflate the price to profit from scarcity.
We offer a 10% discount on your first order when you subscribe to our email list — giving you early access to drops and restocks. Occasional promotional codes are sent exclusively to subscribers.
Orders & Purchase Limits
We enforce a limit of 2 units per address on high-demand products to ensure fair access for all collectors. This prevents bulk buyers and resellers from clearing our stock before regular customers can get their orders in.
This limit is our commitment to the community — more collectors get access, fewer scalpers profit.
The limit applies per shipping address. If multiple family members at the same address each want a product, we ask that you contact our support team before ordering so we can verify and assist appropriately.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them, before they enter processing. After processing begins, we're unable to make changes. Please contact us immediately if you need to adjust an order.
When you pre-order a product, your card is charged immediately to lock in the MSRP price. Your order ships on or around the official release date. Pre-ordering guarantees you get the product at retail price even if it sells out at release.
We accept all major payment methods:

Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm on business days ship same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Yes! Free shipping on all orders above $60. Orders below $60 have a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
  • Standard: 2–4 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
  • International: 5–14 business days depending on destination
These are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Every order is carefully packed to prevent damage. Booster boxes and ETBs are double-boxed with foam padding. We treat every order as if it's our own — because we're collectors too.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please note that import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the buyer's responsibility.
Authenticity & Products
Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% official, sealed, and sourced through official Pokémon distribution channels. We are an authorized retailer — we do not source from grey markets, unofficial distributors, or resellers.

Signs of counterfeit Pokémon products include:
  • Price significantly below MSRP (too good to be true)
  • Blurry or off-colour card printing
  • Missing holographic texture on holo cards
  • Lightweight cards or unusual card stock
  • Incorrect font, spelling errors on packaging
All AxisCardz products are factory-sealed with original Pokémon packaging. If anything ever seems off, contact us immediately.
Yes — every product ships exactly as received from official distribution: factory sealed, untouched, and in original condition. We never open, repack, or tamper with any products.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 60 days of delivery. Once a product has been opened (packs pulled), we cannot accept a return as the contents are then revealed. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number.
We're sorry to hear that! Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — no questions asked. We take packaging seriously and this outcome is very rare.
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank — typically 3–5 additional business days.

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, and get faster checkout on future purchases.
