Cancellation Policy – AxisCardz

At AxisCardz, we aim to provide a transparent, reliable, and collector-focused shopping experience. Because Pokémon Trading Card Game products are highly limited, time-sensitive, and often allocated in advance, our cancellation policy is designed to balance customer flexibility with fair inventory management.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation of In-Stock Orders

Orders containing in-stock items may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipping.

Customers may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been prepared for dispatch.

  • Your order number
  • Full name used on the order
  • Subject line: “Order Cancellation Request”

Important:

Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, the order is considered final and must follow our Return & Refund Policy if eligible.

2. Pre-Order & Pre-Sale Items (Strict Policy)

All pre-order, pre-sale, and early access items are considered final sale at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded prior to shipment.

This is due to the nature of Pokémon TCG distribution, where stock is allocated immediately and reserved in advance from official supply channels.

By purchasing a pre-order or pre-sale item, you agree that:

  • Your order is final and binding upon checkout
  • The order cannot be cancelled or changed
  • Payment is non-refundable prior to shipment
  • Items will be shipped on or shortly after the official release date stated in the product listing

⚠️ Release dates are provided by official manufacturers and distributors and may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

At this stage, customers have two options:

  • Accept delivery of the package, or
  • Refuse the delivery upon arrival

If the order is received, you may still request a return if the item meets the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched
  • Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved (only applicable to eligible in-stock orders):

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days
  • Additional delays may occur depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service (including Klarna or similar providers)

5. Promotional, Limited, and High-Demand Releases

Orders placed during promotions, pre-access events, flash sales, or limited product drops may not be eligible for cancellation.

Due to high demand and automatic inventory allocation, these orders are processed immediately to secure stock for customers.

6. Fraud Prevention & Policy Enforcement

To maintain fairness and protect product availability for all collectors, AxisCardz reserves the right to:

  • Refuse cancellation requests that fall outside the allowed time window
  • Decline repeated or suspicious cancellation behavior
  • Cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or abuse

This ensures a fair and secure environment for all customers.
